Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of a busy Brighton restaurant. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, drive high standards in service, food safety, and guest experience, and deliver strong results across sales, costs, and people development.

You’ll manage P&L, scheduling, inventory, and recruitment, build succession plans, and foster a positive, energetic culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership and talent development skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Full accountability for restaurant performance, including P&L, sales, labour, and food cost.
• Support and develop your team to grow their careers and unleash potential.
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site.
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target.
• Build rotas balancing availability, labour budgets, and peak trade.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action.
• Maintain a fun, energetic culture and strong team energy.
