Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of a busy site. You will lead a fast-paced team, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and manage costs to maximize profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a proven ability to develop teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee recruitment, scheduling, stock control and compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a high-volume branded restaurant.
• Track record managing P&L, costs and budgets.
• Experience with labour scheduling and inventory systems.
• Strong people development and succession planning.
• Ability to deliver food safety, quality and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance including P&L, sales and labour.
• Develop and lead the team to achieve targets and high standards.
• Recruit, train and retain top talent for site and multi-site needs.
