Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of a busy Brighton site. Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-tier guest experience, drive sales, manage costs, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Track record of delivering sales targets, cost control and profitability.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Own restaurant performance including P&L, sales, labour, and food costs.
• Develop and coach teams to grow their careers and unleash potential.
• Deliver Popeyes’ food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Lead recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for the site.
