Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of a high-volume site in Glasgow. You will lead operations, drive sales, uphold food safety standards, and motivate a team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven GM in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment.
• Track record of delivering sales, cost control and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and employment laws.
• Own restaurant P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audits and brand standards.
• Develop and coach team to grow careers and performance.
• Maintain food quality, speed of service and guest experience standards.
• Lead recruitment, development plans and succession for the site.
• Control stock, ordering and waste to target.
• Create rotas balancing availability with labour budgets.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action.
• Inspire a fun, energetic culture and top team performance.
