Leydi, part of Hyde London City, is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guests receive exceptional service. You will lead the dining room team, work with the culinary team on menus and stock, and drive upselling opportunities while maintaining financial controls.

You will manage reservations, schedule staff, and ensure Health & Safety standards across shifts, contributing to a memorable guest experience in our central London setting.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years’ experience in Restaurants & Bars.
• You understand hospitality and guest needs intuitively.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Aufgaben

• Run the daily show ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menus, service, and stock availability.
• Lead daily briefings for the restaurant/bar team and promote specials.
• Coordinate reservations and draft floor plans for expected guest numbers.
• Support the F&B Assistant Manager with stock, ordering, and training.
• Manage cash flow and ensure revenue reports align with hotel standards.
• Schedule the team and ensure Health & Safety compliance for shifts.
