Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in Restaurants & Bars.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Run the daily show, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menus, service and product availability.
• Lead daily restaurant/bar briefings, promote specials and upsell techniques.
• Manage reservations and draft floor plans based on expected demand.
• Support the F&B team with stock control, ordering, and training.
• Oversee cash handling and ensure revenue reports align with standards.
• Maintain Health & Safety compliance for shifts and secure opening/closing procedures.
