• One year of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume central London bar.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and bar techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach to engaging with guests.
• A polished, professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
