The Hippodrome Casino is seeking a passionate Bartender to join the first floor hospitality team in central London. You will craft and serve cocktails, engage guests with confident service, and contribute to a refined, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the venue’s vibrant spirit.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Bartender in a high volume central London bar.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A polished, professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Bartender to join first floor hospitality team. Our visitors there include our gaming customers and diners on their way to the Heliot Steak House but it is also responsible for the guests of the Magic Mike Live show and its dedicated cocktail bar, the Permission Lounge. You’ll be serving delicious cocktails, engaging with guests, and helping create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of the Hippodrome Casino.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits to the highest standard.
