Job summary

The Hippodrome Casino is seeking a passionate Bartender to join the first floor hospitality team. You will prepare and serve cocktails, wines and spirits to a high standard, engaging with guests and helping create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of the Hippodrome Casino.

You will work collaboratively with bar and floor teams, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and stay ahead of cocktail trends to contribute to menu development.

We’re looking for a passionate and skilledBartenderto join first floor hospitality team. Our visitors there include our gaming customers and diners on their way to the Heliot Steak House but it is also responsible for the guests of the Magic Mike Live show and its dedicated cocktail bar, the Permission Lounge. You’ll be serving delicious cocktails, engaging with guests, and helping create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of the Hippodrome Casino.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits to the highest standard.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with confidence and personality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Work collaboratively with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service.
• Keep up to date with cocktail trends and contribute to menu development.

What We’re Looking For

• One year of experience as a Bartender in a high volume central London bar.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A polished, professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
