Job summary

The Hippodrome Casino is seeking a passionate Bar Back to join our Bars team, supporting bartenders across God’s Rooftop, the gaming areas, and Paddy’s Sportsbook. In this fast-paced role you will restock, keep behind-the-bar areas clean, and assist with prep and logistics during busy service periods.

Nights and weekends are required, and teamwork is essential. This hands-on position offers opportunities to contribute to a dynamic, high-energy team while upholding hygiene and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or bar support is a plus, but not essential.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar and in storage areas.

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Bar Back to join our Bars team which serves the God’s Rooftop, the gaming departments and the brand new Paddy’s Sportsbook. You’ll be the backbone of our bar operations, supporting the bartenders and ensuring everything is stocked, clean, and ready for service. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and wants to be part of a high-performing team.
