We are looking to recruit an Restaurant & Bars Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be a confident, hands-on leader and oversee the daily operation of a high volume, high-quality contemporary restaurant.

The restaurant is a high quality and contemporary operation, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager who thrives in a quality-driven environment and enjoys leading teams to deliver consistently outstanding service in a large operation.

The Role

Restaurant & Bars Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant operation ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience while driving commercial performance and maintaining the highest operational standards.

You will lead, motivate and develop a dedicated front-of-house team, working closely with the Head Chef and wider management team to deliver seamless service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of a busy, high-quality contemporary restaurant.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain consistently high standards.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop the restaurant team.
• Manage rotas and staff schedules in line with business needs.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering and cost control.
• Drive sales through upselling and team engagement.
• Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the restaurant.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and hotel management teams to ensure smooth service.
• Support the achievement of financial targets, including revenue, labour and gross profit.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Restaurant / Bar Manager within a premium restaurant or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager within a quality hotel
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labour management and stock control.
• Passion for outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organising skills.
• Calm, professional approach under pressure.
• Good commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Personal Licence and Food Safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
