Hesketh James is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a busy, high-quality restaurant, bar, events and functions operation. You will drive daily performance, staff development and exceptional guest experiences, working closely with department heads to hit KPIs and budgets.

The role demands strong leadership, commercial acumen and a hands-on, guest-focused approach to maintain exceptional standards across all F&B areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a quality hotel or hospitality operation.
• Experience managing restaurants, bars and high-volume service environments.
• Experience overseeing functions and events is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, including experience with P&L, GP, cost control, budgets and sales and profit targets.
• Hands-on, guest-focused approach with the confidence to lead from the front.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering consistently high standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the Food & Beverage team, including recruitment, training, coaching and ongoing development.

The Role
