Kroketa - Broadgate is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure an outstanding guest experience every day. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about people, quality service, and operational excellence.

You will oversee daily restaurant operations, motivate the team, manage staffing and costs, and work with senior leadership to drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Passionate about hospitality and customer service
• Commercially aware with strong organisational ability
• Hands-on, positive and proactive attitude
