The Windmill Village Hotel, Golf Club & Spa is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager to drive operational excellence across the team and venues. You will recruit, train and develop staff, and create strategic plans to scale the business while taking full accountability for the department.

The role emphasizes delivering guest-focused service, achieving beverage and food standards, managing costs, and leading by example to maintain the hotel’s renowned customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a hotel or restaurant/bar operation, ideally in a 4 star environment.
• Able to deliver excellent customer service at all times and train others to follow a similar example.
• Brilliant team player able to inspire staff and lead by example on the floor.
• Immaculate presentation and a friendly yet professional personality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple outlets ensuring service delivery and customer care is maintained for hotel and external guests.
• Monitor that beverages and food are prepared/served to standards and up-sell within regulations.
• Control ordering, receipt, security, and stock for items sold/served and sundry items.
• Manage cellar, stocktaking, and beverage gross profit margins.
