The role involves working across all areas of dining and bar service, requiring a dedicated, motivated person with a desire to deliver high-quality service to our guests. The position may require working weekends, with shifts starting as early as 07:00 and ending as late as 21:30, totaling 36 hours per week.

Own transport is essential due to the location. Alternatively, live-in accommodation at a low rate may be available to help reduce travel expenses.

We are hiring full-time, permanent Restaurant Assistants. As a Restaurant Assistant, you are expected to:
