The role:

As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to enhance performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
  • Managing shifts and planning staffing to ensure optimal coverage
