RBH Hospitality Management Ltd., operating Hotel Indigo and Staybridge Suites in Dundee, is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the team and ensure smooth service across shifts. You will train staff, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and keep guest satisfaction at the heart of daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team with a positive vibe and ensure seamless service.
• Oversee daily shift activities from setup to order flow and guest satisfaction.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to deliver best performance.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues while keeping service upbeat.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to maintain steady service and plating flow.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory to ensure shift readiness.
• Assist with scheduling and shift planning to keep the team prepared.
• Maintain dining and service areas in line with health and safety standards.

What you'll be doing...

• Take charge of daily shift activities, from setting up tables to making sure orders flow smoothly and guests are happy.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to keep things moving like clockwork, from orders to plating.

• Keep the dining and service areas sparkling clean and compliant, with an eye on health and safety.
