A great repair can turn someone's day around.
At Abri, we know that when something goes wrong in a customer's home, it's about much more than fixing a fault. It's about providing reassurance, building trust and delivering a service that genuinely makes a difference.
We're looking for a Responsive Repairs Supervisor to lead one of our trade teams and help us deliver an outstanding repairs service for our customers. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, inspire a talented team and play a key role in shaping how we continuously improve the service we provide.
You'll be joining a team that's passionate about doing the right thing, finding better ways of working, and putting customers at the heart of every decision.
No two days are quite the same.
One day you might be supporting your team to overcome challenges and achieve great results. The next, you'll be working with colleagues across the business to improve service delivery, reviewing performance, resolving customer concerns, or making sure we have the right resources in place to meet demand.
You'll lead a team of skilled tradespeople, creating an environment where people feel valued, supported and motivated to do their best work. You'll encourage high standards, champion safe working practices and make sure we're delivering a service that's efficient, effective and focused on what matters most to our customers.
You'll also play an important role in helping us make smart decisions about performance, quality and value for money, using insight and experience to drive continuous improvement across your area.
We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people and making things happen.
You'll have experience working within a repairs, maintenance, or operational environment and understand what it takes to deliver a high-quality service in a fast-paced setting. Just as importantly, you'll be passionate about developing others, building strong relationships and finding solutions that work for both customers and colleagues.
A full driving licence is required with this role.
At Abri, we're committed to creating thriving communities and helping people live well. To do that, we need talented people who care about making a difference.
In return, you'll join a supportive organisation that values your ideas, invests in your development and empowers you to make a real impact for our customers every single day.
If you're ready to lead a team that keeps our customers' homes safe, secure and well maintained, we'd love to hear from you.
Come and help us build communities where everyone has a home and a future.
