What you'll be doing

No two days are quite the same.

One day you might be supporting your team to overcome challenges and achieve great results. The next, you'll be working with colleagues across the business to improve service delivery, reviewing performance, resolving customer concerns, or making sure we have the right resources in place to meet demand.

You'll lead a team of skilled tradespeople, creating an environment where people feel valued, supported and motivated to do their best work. You'll encourage high standards, champion safe working practices and make sure we're delivering a service that's efficient, effective and focused on what matters most to our customers.

You'll also play an important role in helping us make smart decisions about performance, quality and value for money, using insight and experience to drive continuous improvement across your area.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people and making things happen.

You'll have experience working within a repairs, maintenance, or operational environment and understand what it takes to deliver a high-quality service in a fast-paced setting. Just as importantly, you'll be passionate about developing others, building strong relationships and finding solutions that work for both customers and colleagues.

A full driving licence is required with this role.
