Housing Quality Network is seeking a Responsive Repairs Supervisor to lead a team of skilled trades colleagues across our South and South East operating areas. You’ll develop people, drive performance, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with plumbing, carpentry, decorating and other trades to ensure safe, well-maintained homes and a high-quality service that puts customers at the heart of everything we do, with strong collaboration with contractors

Our Responsive Repairs team is responsible for getting things right first time, whether that’s plumbing, carpentry, fencing, decorating or general repairs. You’ll lead from the front, supporting your team to provide an efficient, high-quality service that puts customers at the heart of everything we do.

What you’ll be doing

Every day is different in Responsive Repairs, but one thing stays the same – you’ll play an important role in helping our customers love where they live.

You’ll be leading a team of skilled trades colleagues who keep our customers’ homes safe, comfortable and well maintained. Whether it’s supporting your team to succeed, working with customers to put things right, or finding better ways of doing things, you’ll help create a service that’s trusted, reliable, and genuinely customer focused.

You’ll work closely with colleagues and contractor partners across the business, building positive relationships that help us deliver a great experience for our customers. You’ll also use your knowledge and insight to spot opportunities for improvement, making sure we’re providing a service that’s efficient, high quality and delivers value for money.
