• Experience in a busy recruitment or HR environment.
• Data analysis and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Resourcing Team to deliver recruitment, redeployment, retire and return, and supplementary staffing services.
• Provide specialist advice to the team and organisation.
• Influence stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
• Identify improvements to services and systems and implement practical solutions.
