You will supervise the recruitment and transactional teams to deliver high-quality HR support across corporate directorates, ensuring efficient end-to-end service delivery and compliance with employment law and best practice.

With experience in working with senior managers and trade unions, you will drive improvement and support major recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR teams in a large organisation.
• Knowledge of employment law, HR policies and best practice.
