Job summary

Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Resourcing Manager to lead our Employment Services Team. The role is predominantly office-based with some home-working flexibility, and involves delivering a responsive, compliant recruitment service across the Trust.

You will work with the Head of Resourcing to develop people, manage priorities, and create a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement, using data to monitor performance and drive improvements in

Qualifications

• Education: CIPD Level 7 or postgraduate HR/management qualification.
• Knowledge: detailed end-to-end recruitment, NHS Employment Check Standards, sponsor/licence & right-to-work rules.
• Experience: lead high-volume recruitment teams; report to senior governance groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a busy recruitment team to deliver a high-quality service.
• Use data and performance information to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Provide expert resourcing advice ensuring NHS standards and legal compliance.
