Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council invites a Senior Resourcing Advisor to lead recruitment across service areas, provide expert guidance to hiring managers, and line manage a small team. Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, you’ll shape workforce strategy and support access to talent.

You will manage end-to-end resourcing, ensure compliance with Right to Work and sponsorship rules, and drive improvements using MI and ATS enhancements.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level recruitment experience in a large, diverse organisation.
• Experience line-managing a small team and prioritising workloads.
• In-depth knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment, visas, and sponsorship.
• Flexible working and hybrid/home-based arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across designated service areas.
• Advise on sourcing channels and design adverts across print, online and social media.
• Manage interview materials and facilitate assessment centres.
• Develop candidate talent pools and maintain the organisation's digital presence.
• Coordinate link to agency approved suppliers when required for your areas.
• Provide guidance on the implementation, application and interpretation of employment policies and procedures.
• Use data analytics/MI to track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as deputy for the Resourcing Manager and contribute to strategy, data and resourcing projects.
• Oversee systems (ATS) configuration, training and stakeholder engagement.
