Job summary

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Resourcing Administrator to join our busy Temporary Staffing Team. You will support onboarding and compliance for bank and agency workers, ensuring processes are completed accurately and in line with NHS standards.

You will manage enquiries by email and phone, provide ongoing support to bank workers, and assist the team with day-to-day resourcing activities.

Responsibilities

• To manage enquiries via email and telephone and provide ongoing support to bank workers.
• To assist with onboarding and compliance processes for the Trust’s bank and agency workforce, ensuring NHS standards are met.
• To process payroll notifications and amendments and support day-to-day resourcing activities within the Temporary Staffing Team.
• To maintain effective filing and ensure relevant information is up to date and accessible.
• To coordinate with managers and directors to ensure engagement policies for temporary workers are followed.
