Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Senior Bank Recruitment Lead within the Temporary Staffing Team. The role oversees bank recruitment, advert management, interviews, and systems setup to ensure seamless onboarding of Bank workers across clinical and non-clinical services.

The post requires strong organisational and customer service skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a busy NHS environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to NVQ level 3 in Customer Service, Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Good GCSE standard plus relevant experience
• Able to travel independently across Trust sites

Responsabilités

• Act as Bank lead for all Bank worker recruitment and fast track processes
• Manage Bank recruitment adverts and social media accounts
• Coordinate longlisting, shortlisting and interview panels
• Organise recruitment open days and validate timesheets
• Ensure new Bank workers are registered on ESR and hired correctly for payroll
