Job summary

Network Rail in Glasgow is seeking a Resourcing Business Partner Support on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage a high-volume recruitment process from approval to offer and support our Early Careers Manager in delivering apprentice, graduate and work experience routes.

Reporting into the Head of Resourcing, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience, address pre-employment issues, and create reports while complying with processes across Scotland.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a recruitment environment with focus on candidate experience and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, including posting on internal and external channels.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a high-volume resourcing environment.
• Strong organisational and process management capabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with uploading resourcing documents and maintaining records.
• Desirable knowledge of the employment law and recruitment marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Write job adverts and advertise vacancies on internal and external platforms.
• Advise hiring managers on role closure and screening to maintain candidate experience.
• Manage offers, including salary approvals and documentation for transparency and compliance.
• Respond to candidate and manager queries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate recruitment approval processes before roles are advertised.
• Coordinate Recruitment Workshops and high-volume recruitment events.
• Maintain vacancies and dashboards for monthly reporting.
• Support Early Careers engagement activities and assess placements.
