Job summary

Care UK is seeking a dynamic Resourcing Advisor to lead recruitment for our home-based teams, based in Colchester with hybrid working across the UK.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, two days in the Colchester office and three days from home, delivering sourcing, screening, and candidate management.

You will champion best practice, maintain candidate tracking in the ATS, coach Hiring Managers, and help Care UK attract exceptional talent in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment/sourcing within a care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS and job boards.
• Ability to coach Hiring Managers on recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with key stakeholders including Regional Directors.
• Develop and maintain candidate tracking systems in the ATS from applications to feedback.
• Manage candidate relationships to strengthen Care UK’s employer brand.
• Provide regular written updates to stakeholders.
• Utilise social networks and job boards to attract suitable candidates.
• Advise, coach and support Hiring Managers in recruitment procedures and best practices.
• Implement new recruitment technology to improve candidate experience.

The Role:

You will play a key role in attracting, sourcing and screening assigned vacancies within our Home based Teams. The post holder will deliver and guide on best recruitment practice within Care UK recruitment policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with key stakeholders including Regional Directors
• Develop and maintain candidate tracking systems in the ATS from receiving applications, screening, booking interviews to candidate feedback.
• Managing candidate to help build relationships to help develop Care UK’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Provide regular written updates to stakeholders
• Use of social networking sites and job boards to increase attraction of suitable candidates.
• Advise, coach and support Hiring Managers in the correct application of recruitment procedures and best practices.
• Implementation of new technology in recruitment practices to help improve candidate experience.
