• Lead and inspire the recruitment team to achieve excellence in talent acquisition.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our Support Centre and Care Homes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and cultivate a talent pipeline.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessments to identify the best candidates for various roles.
• Influence how we recruit including reducing time to hire, cost per hire and ensuring efficiencies throughout the selection process.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and continuously enhance recruitment processes.
• To champion best practise, process and systems management
