Job summary

Aspire Housing is seeking a Resource Team Leader-Home Operations based in the Newcastle-under-Lyme area. The role leads the operational support function for boiler, kitchen and bathroom replacements, HHSRS programmes, and damp and mould remediation works to deliver high-quality customer outcomes.

You will guide and coach a team of business support professionals, embedding consistent processes, managing communications with customers and contractors, and ensuring compliance and high-standard

Qualifications

• You will have experience leading and developing operational support teams.
• You will be confident improving ways of working, challenging inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions that benefit customers and the organisation.
• You will understand systems, processes and performance management, using data and insight to monitor performance, identify trends and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational support function, creating a motivated, high-performing team coordinating planned investment works.
• Embed right-first-time processes across workstreams and oversee end-to-end operational support.
• Coordinate scheduling, maintain system accuracy, manage customer and contractor communications, and support reporting and payments.
