Job summary

Informed Solutions is seeking a Resource and Talent Manager in the UK to balance capacity, skills and availability across delivery squads. You will partner with project leads and People Services to shape workforce planning, identify opportunities for internal mobility and support recruitment activities.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, translating business needs into practical resourcing actions and delivering insight through regular reports on utilisation and risks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in resource management, talent management or workforce planning.
• Experience coordinating capacity across multiple teams, projects or business areas.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in a digital consultancy or project-based professional services environment is helpful, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear view of organisational capacity, skills, experience and availability across squads and teams.
• Coordinate resource allocation across projects, considering skills, goals, availability and client needs.
• Support forward workforce planning, identifying capability gaps and recruitment requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear role profiles and hiring priorities with Talent Acquisition and managers.
• Produce regular reports on utilisation, availability, recruitment progress and resourcing risks.
• Promote inclusive, transparent decisions about project allocation, recruitment and development.
