This is a varied role combining resource planning, talent management, workforce planning and people-focused delivery. You will work closely with delivery leads, Squad leads, People Services and senior colleagues to understand our capability needs, identify opportunities for our people, and help ensure that our teams have a great career development experience, are well-supported and able to do their best work. The ideal candidate will be organised, commercially aware and confident working with people at all levels. You will be comfortable balancing immediate resourcing priorities with longer-term workforce planning and talent development.
