Job summary

Talent Locker is seeking a Resource Manager for Technology Professional Services / SaaS / Data & AI on a 6-month London-based contract with hybrid working. You will partner with regional leadership to plan demand, map skills to projects and optimise utilisation.

You will collaborate with sales, pre-sales and internal consultants to resolve capacity issues and forecast future demand, ensuring the right resources are deployed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource management for technology/SaaS professional services or consultancy.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management.
• Ability to plan resources across Benelux & Nordics.

Resource Manager - Technology Professional Services / SaaS / Data & AI

Contract | Outside IR35 | £(Apply online only) per day | 6 months initial | London hybrid

A contract Resource Manager role supporting a fast-moving global Tech company.

This is not an administrative scheduling role. You'll operate as a business partner to regional leadership, understanding upcoming demand, available skills and project pipelines to make sure the right people are deployed effectively.

With a relatively small internal resource pool and demand regularly exceeding supply, you'll need to be proactive, commercially aware and comfortable making decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales and pre sales around pipeline and upcoming requirements
• Build strong relationships with approximately internal consultants
• Manage resource clashes, utilisation and capacity constraints
• Engage external delivery partners when additional capability is required
• Provide visibility around demand, supply and forecasting

You will need to have experience within resource management at ideally a technology / Saas Professional Services or consultancy.

£500 per day, Outside IR35, initial six month contract with potential extension.

London hybrid, typically 2 days onsite, with less presence on site required as you become embedded. ASAP start
