This is a contract position with Outside IR35 and a competitive day rate, based in London with hybrid work. As a business partner to regional leadership, you’ll forecast demand, manage capacity, and collaborate with sales/pre-sales on pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource management for tech / SaaS Professional Services or consultancy.
• Ability to assess demand, skills and project pipelines for optimal deployment.
• Proactive, commercially aware decision-maker.

Responsibilities

• Own resource planning across Benelux and Nordics
• Match skills and availability against project demand
• Work closely with sales and pre-sales around pipeline and upcoming requirements
• Build strong relationships with internal consultants
• Manage resource clashes, utilisation and capacity constraints
• Engage external delivery partners when additional capability is required
• Provide visibility around demand, supply and forecasting
