Lightcliffe Academy is seeking a Resource Provision Manager to oversee provision services within a welcoming, faith-informed academy community in Calderdale. The role emphasises safeguarding, inclusion and supporting pupils to thrive. You will lead staff, coordinate resources, and foster strong home–school partnerships.

The position is permanent, term-time oriented (38 weeks plus 10 days), with a 37-hour week and salary in the SO2 band. Interviews will follow the closing date.

Nature of Contract: Permanent, term time only, 38 weeks per year plus 10 days (40 weeks)

FTE Salary: GRADE SO2, scp 26 - 28, £38,510 to £40,444 per annum, pro rata

Actual Salary: £34,123 - £35,837, based on 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

Working Hours: 37 per week
