Lightcliffe Academy is seeking a Teacher for Autism Resource Provision on a permanent contract. The post is a 1.0 FTE and carries a salary from £34,069 to £52,835.

The role focuses on supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition to achieve their full potential academically, socially and emotionally within inclusive, structured learning environments. Nature of Contract: Permanent

FTE Salary: M1 - U3, £34,069 to £52,835

Working Hours: 1.0 FTE

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition to achieve their full potential academically, socially and emotionally
• Skilled in creating inclusive, structured learning environments that meet the individual needs of pupils with additional needs
• A strong communicator who can build positive, collaborative relationships with pupils, families, colleagues and external agencies
• Committed to safeguarding, inclusion and promoting independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes for all pupils.
