Job summary

VIVID is seeking a Resource Planner in Basingstoke to schedule repairs and maintenance, ensuring efficient use of resources. The role is full-time (37 hours) with four days in the office each week, contributing to a busy planning team.

You will manage appointments, liaise with customers, and support trades staff using our bespoke systems, while upholding corporate standards and values.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
• Experience coordinating field or trades staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure appointments are attended and completed within set timescales.
• Reschedule jobs as needed and keep customers informed.
• Provide information to managers to monitor compliance with standards.
• Monitor diaries to fully utilise resources and liaise with other planning teams.
• Support trades staff with handheld devices and troubleshooting.
• Maintain calm, professional communication with customers.
