British Airways is seeking a Resource Delivery Manager within its Operations Planning Directorate. You will lead live deployment, translate workforce plans into real-time operational performance, and make critical decisions to keep the operation running safely.

You will manage a team, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements across planning and delivery. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to handle disruption with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Deliver short-term, data-driven resource plans with clear handover to operations teams.
• Lead and manage a team, driving performance via KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor real-time risks and gaps, escalating and mitigating effectively.
• Use data to support decisions, resolve issues and improve delivery processes.
• Collaborate with Planning teams to align delivery with plans.
• Drive continuous improvement through reporting and process enhancements.
• Support delivery during disruption, including out-of-hours when required.
