Job summary

Butlin's in Skegness is seeking an Learning & Development Manager to lead the resort's learning strategy and team. You will coach staff, work with resort leaders to develop key skills, and drive the First 90 Days programme “Learning to Butlin’s” to life.

The role requires a passion for culture, collaboration, and creating engaging learning experiences that elevate guest and team performance across the resort.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in hospitality training
• Ability to design & deliver targeted learning sessions
• CIPD qualification or coaching qualification advantageous

Responsibilities
