Job summary

Butlin's Conferences & Events is recruiting an Learning & Development Manager to lead a team of L&D coordinators and support Navigators in delivering our First 90 Days programme “Learning to Butlin’s.” You will shape learning by aligning with resort leaders, coach individuals, and build strong relationships across departments to elevate team development and culture.

You will oversee a resort-wide learning strategy, design engaging training sessions across topics, from cultural to compliance,

Qualifications

• Operational experience within the hospitality industry and ability to design & deliver training requirements.
• CIPD qualification or coaching qualification is advantageous.
• Focus on experience, mindset and approach when developing people.

Responsibilities

• Train team and leaders to deliver excellent service to guests and team members.
• Collaborate with resort leaders and central Learning & Development to develop programmes.
• Create and manage a full learning calendar and contribute to the Grow element of the Get, Grow, Keep strategy.
