Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical information between external consultants and internal departments throughout design and construction.
• Attend and contribute to progress meetings on site.
• Coordinate planning process and address planning conditions before start on site.
• Coordinate submission of Building Control documentation.
• Liaise with consultants to progress technical matters.
• Assist Commercial and Buying teams in review of subcontractor design information.
• Ensure on-time design information in line with client requirements.
