You will coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure programmes and budgets are met, maintaining high standards of quality and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Architectural background with strong technical and commercial knowledge.
• Experience delivering new build and refurbishment schemes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; strong planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver design coordination/management for schemes as a main contractor or in practice.
• Ensure delivery on programme, specification and budget with high attention to detail.
