Job summary

Strata Consulting Limited is seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator or Civil Design Engineer to support high-quality residential developments in the Fareham area. You will oversee technical aspects from concept to completion and act as the main liaison between consultants, architects, contractors and internal teams.

The role requires a strong understanding of UK building regulations, NHBC standards and construction methods, plus excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator or similar role in residential construction.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations, NHBC standards, and construction methods.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Aptitude for building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the technical aspects of residential construction projects from concept to completion.
• Act as the main point of contact between consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review and coordinate design information to ensure compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and technical specifications.
• Manage and resolve technical challenges promptly to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular reviews of technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and practical application on-site.
