Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London seeks an experienced Utilities Coordinator to drive infrastructure delivery for residential developments from feasibility to site completion.

You will coordinate technical information, approvals, quotations and service connections, liaise with utilities, consultants and authorities, and support early-stage budget cost advice.

CDM compliance and safety are integral, with strong stakeholder engagement across Construction, Commercial and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure delivery for residential developments from feasibility through to site completion.
• Coordinate and secure all technical information, approvals, quotations and agreements and onsite service connections.
• Liaise with utility providers, consultants, local authorities, highways authorities and environmental agencies and warranty providers.
• Support the appointment and management of utility providers and external consultants.
• Review utility related legal agreements, easements and documentation with external legal teams.
• Attend weekly prestart meetings, site meetings and project reviews to support programme delivery.
• Ensure technical drawings and information are distributed accurately to Construction, Commercial and Sales teams.
• Provide ongoing technical support and practical solutions to challenges across developments.
• Assist with feasibility studies and provide utility budget cost advice in early stages of projects.
• Support CDM compliance and contribute to safe delivery of developments.
