Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Utilities Coordinator to manage infrastructure delivery for residential developments from feasibility to site completion. You will coordinate technical information, approvals, and service connections while liaising with utilities, consultants, authorities and warranty providers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing utility provision within residential housing or construction developments.
• Experience with CDM regulations and their application on construction projects.
• Proven experience as Engineer/Utilities Coordinator within housebuilding.
• Experience managing technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure delivery for residential developments from feasibility through to site completion.
• Coordinate and secure all technical information, approvals, quotations and on-site service connections.
• Liaise with utility providers, consultants, local authorities, highways authorities and environmental agencies and warranty providers.
• Support the appointment and management of utility providers and external consultants.
• Review utility-related legal agreements, easements and associated documentation with external legal teams.
• Attend weekly prestart/site meetings and project reviews to support programme delivery.
• Ensure technical drawings and information are distributed accurately to Construction, Commercial and Sales teams.
• Provide ongoing technical support and practical solutions to challenges arising across developments.
• Assist with feasibility studies and provide utility budget cost advice during early stages of projects.
• Support compliance with CDM regulations and contribute to the safe and effective delivery of developments.
