Cambian Group Plc is seeking a Residential Team Leader in Hereford to support young people aged 8–18 with daily routines, school preparation, and activities. The role involves creating a warm home-like environment and maintaining essential care records.

The position emphasizes emotional support, relationship-building, and teamwork with staff to deliver outstanding care. Training and ongoing development are provided to help you grow within the service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential Childcare or a relevant qualification.
• Ability to support young people aged 8–18 with daily routines and activities.
• Calm, patient, and a good listener with strong communication skills.

Residential Team Leader

Location: Hereford

Pay: £14.67 per hour plus £30 per sleep in

What You’ll Do

As a Residential Team Leader you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.

Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.

Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.

Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.

Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Who You Are

Warm, patient, a great listener and encourager - focused on achieving outcomes for others.

Experience and/or qualification in Residential Childcare
