Cambian Group is seeking Residential Team Leaders for its children’s homes in the United Kingdom. You will lead care teams, ensure adherence to Ofsted standards, and foster a supportive, family-like environment for young people.
Shifts include long hours and sleep-ins; you will work on a rota with 2-3 shifts per week and receive 224 hours of paid annual leave. Basic pay is £14.67–£15.49 per hour plus £30 per sleep-in shift.

We are looking for Team Leaders who are caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of our incredible Children & Young people through leading by example to other Children’s & Young person’s Support Workers.
We offer a basic salary of £14.67 - £15.49 per hour
£30 per sleep in shift (an additional £3,120 per annum on the basis of 2 sleep ins per week)
224 hours of paid annual leave per annum
Working on a rota basis - you will receive a monthly rota 4 weeks in advance
2-3 shifts per week meaning excellent work / life balance
This is a 365 day a year job, including Christmas, new year and all the fun holidays but it is even more fun when you celebrate with the children!

We are looking for people who are flexible, reliable, adaptable able to read situations to help our young people make positive choices whist proactively supporting colleagues in their development through leading by example.
*New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.*
