Cambian Group Plc in Oldham is seeking a Children’s Residential Team Leader to help young people aged 8–18 with daily routines, school prep and activities in a warm home setting. You will support staffing, ensure safety, and contribute to a positive environment.
The role offers two weeks of funded induction, opportunities for diplomas (Levels 3–5), and clear pathways for progression within a caring team.
