ACAD in Castle Douglas is seeking a residential support worker to assist young people with daily routines, school preparation, meals, and activities. You will help create a warm home environment and build meaningful relationships while documenting care using an electronic system.
No prior experience is required; training is provided, and the role offers a full-time contract with development opportunities. A UK driving licence is necessary for this position.
Pay:£26,227 to £30,160 plus £67.50 per sleep-in, expect 10 sleeps per month = an additional £8000 + over the year - OTE £38,160
A Full UK driving license is needed for this role and we are unable to offer visa sponsorships for this vacancy.

As a residential support worker, you will support young people with their daily routines, getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
Torrs is made up of 5 individual homes, which are registered to support 9 young people. We focus on activities that promote the health and wellbeing of our young people, guiding them through the next stages in their life and being a safe space for them to express themselves.
