Job summary

Cambian Group Plc in Goole is seeking a Children’s Residential Worker to support young people aged 11–18 in daily routines, school preparation, meals, and activities. You will help create a warm, homely environment and build trusting relationships.

You’ll document with an electronic care system (ClearCare training provided) and contribute to records, planning activities, and emotional support. Training is provided; prior experience not required.

  • New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. Experience with ClearCare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.

Pay: £27,435 to £28,724 + £3,000 sleep-in bonus (annual average)

What You’ll Do
